Good Afternoon!
Well it's that time of year again! Logan has left home to go to Cadet camp for 2 weeks! And Robert has gone offshore for a week or two so I am all on my lonesome!!! :( ........ Oh who am I kidding I am doing the happy dance in my undies!!!! I do get a little lonely, but wow do I love, watching what I want, eating what I want when I want, crafting and generally having a ball!! Well ok I do tend to try and do a bit of a spring? Summer cleaning done, Sorry Jenny I know I disappoint you!! Lol!! I may even get some real crafting done although Mojo has been missing so long I think I may have to list it as dead! really not sure what is going on with afore mentioned Mojo it just doesn't seem to be getting any better, I do think it is linked to my health though, with my Fibromyalgia I just don't seem to have any energy at the moment!
Anyhoo
Today over at Simply Magnolia We have my favourite challenge!
Anything Goes!
I couldn't resist taking one of my new Tilda's out to play!
I have used Sea Shell Tilda from the Summer Breeze collection, she is coloured with my copics, I have stamped and cut out some shells also from the new collection and stamped the wee Motif at the top. The lace is from LLC and the ribbon, metal corner and pearls are from WOC. I have used some frantage to give the feeling of sand.
~
The challenges I would like to enter this card into are:
Tilda's town - Summer scene
Magnolia down under - favourite things - Magnolia, maja papers, lace and frantage
Totally Paper crafts - use lace
the Ribbon girl challenge - use lace
bearly mine - anything goes
lovely Hanglar only - Bingo - sparkle ribbon flowers
Dream Valley - summer days
deep Ocean - Blue
~
Well that's me off, I skipped lunch, so think I will have an early dinner and watch some T.V.!!

Please come and share your talent with a Anything Goes project before the 9th:) !!!
Well you are totally forgiven for 'Summer cleaning' cause now i have a mental picture of you dancing (and vacuuming) in your undies, and I just can't stop giggling. Thanks for that! lol
ReplyDeleteThis card does not show any lack of mojo at all. It is lovely! The papers and the colours and those shells are all perfect.
My advice now ... Pull those undies up, forget about that cleaning (you really do put me to shame)meditate and prepare yourself mentally for the washing that is coming your way when both boys get home and ... go and make some more beautiful cards. hugs and more hugs (preferably with clothes on) x
Very cute blue card! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely image and spotless coloring - great card, Jacqui!
Have a good one...
What a stunning Magnolia beach card you have made. It fits our challenge this week well of “anything goes”. Thanks for taking part and good luck. Best wishes, Kym (Bearly Mine Challenge Blog Design Team)

ReplyDeleteHere I'n againe, forgot to say Thank you for joining us @ Tilda's Town this week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card with such a cute Tilda. Love your soft blues and gorgeous design.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along with us this week at TPC. hugs, Pat K x
A fabulous summer scene, Jacqui! Love the frantaged sand and your sky (I just can't seem to get that right) - fab layout too! Thank you for playing at Lovely hAnglar or Sweet Magnolia. Hugs, Tracey x PS Enjoy your freedom - has Logan got exam results due next week? Good luck if he has!
ReplyDeleteDon't panic, Jacqui! Estimated grades are normally based on prelim results, which means the school should have evidence of Logan achieving certain grades. So, for example, if he got a grade A in his prelims but on the day is given a B, there should be evidence in school that can be sent away to appeal. Everything will be fine! Hugs, Tracey xx
ReplyDeleteMeant to say Ta heaps for the link. I love this card even more on the second look. hugs x
