2 challenges and a DT call !!!

Mega exciting news!! Kenny K's Krafty Girls are doing a DT call!!

Well Kenny K is one of my Fav ever designers!! and was the first digi stamp I ever bought, the first  blog challenge I ever entered! via e-mail! the first blog entry and challenge I entered when I started my blog! and the first ( and only thus far :( ) challenge I ever won!! So will it be my first DT?!?!?!?! Well if you don't try!!..........................

I thought I would combine my DT entry with this weeks  KKKG challenge  which is sparkle and spots and also  Cute card thursday which is a sketch!!

the image I have used is the lovely  "Mistletoe" which can be purchased here she's a sassy one!! Lol!! the DP is the gorgeous basic grey jovial! the first layer is spotty and there is oodles of glitter on image for the sparkle!! I coloured this cutie with my ever faithfull copics, her fur is all glittered flock. the poinsettias I made with a Marianne Die - serrated poinsettia and cut them out of velvet paper,  and a couple of pearl brads .the band around the card is also velvet paper and satin ribbon. the sentiment is whimsy stamps. a few crystals and bobs your uncle!!

Thats the challenges sorted!! now over at  KKKG  and Donna at  bearly mine crafts   want to see a couple of my best cards!! so I hope I have picked the right ones!!!

Of course I had to use one ao my all time Fav. Kenny K images "trouble".

 I wanted to include a distressed card!

I also wanted to show this next card because I was chuffed with the airbrushed sky and snow!!!

Well one can only try!! keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

Pammy's stocking - mark 2!

'evening all

I feel like henny penny today!! "the sky is falling!!" well the roof feels like it's about to blow away!! now those of you who are masochistic enought to visit me regularly will remember I had a leak last month!! well this months saga thanks to stewart milne "luxury" houses, is that in all this wind the slates are moving and rattling!   and It sounds like a demon is rattling the roof!!! guess who watched "paranormal activity a couple of days ago!!!" Ooooooh yes I slept about 5mins last night!!!!

anyway on to todays challenges over at Mo's digital pencil the challenge is to use vellum or acetate.and over at paper sundaes we have to use at least two of the toppings from the list of ribbons, punches, embossing and the colour blue! I think I  have managed all of the above!!

I really love this little characture! she really loves her Christmas stocking!! Bless!! Lol!!

so I have coloured her with my copics BV0000. 000. 00. 02. and 04 and BG0000. 000. and 01 and G21. 82 and 85. the DP is  Bo bunny. the poinsettia I die cut out of white and green vellum,(I embossed the veins) with a pearl brad in the centre and a touch of organza ribbon!! ooh and her lace and the poinsettia are highlighted with diamond stickles and the fur on the stocking is glitter flocked!

yummy christmas cupcake!!

Mmmm!!! christmas and food my two fav things!! Lol

I have seen these Meljens designs around for a while now, but only recently took the plunge and bought a few digi's, now I am hooked!! they are such fun to colour!

This weeks challenge over at Meljens  blog is food!

this gorgeous cupcake is coloured with my copics, the icing is glittered with martha stewart crystal clear glitter. the DP is basic grey eskimo kisses and the holly is anna griffin!

lovely hanglar christmas card

Hi All!

Feels like i've been a bad blogger this week!! totally lost my mojo over the last 10 days or so!! I think it's slowly on the mend though!!

So this is the first time I have entered the Lovely Hanglar  only challenge. I am also a Cute card Thursday virgin and this week it is anything goes!!and lastly totally gojuss which is traditional christmas colours!  so here goes!!!

I have used this lovely Hanglar christmas girl stamp! coloured with my copics in traditional red and green. this is the first time i have paper pieced, with the flags! and I am really pleased with the effect! the challenge  was to use punches and dies! I have used both.  The ribbon threading is from the martha stewart ribbon punch and the swirl is a magnolia do-hickey die! the flowers are wild orchid with a little bit of stardust stickles. a few gems and a cuddly buddly sentiment and i'm done!!

Let it snow!!!

O.K. I'm back in christmas mode!!!

Do you know what?!? I actually started to think about digging out my cupid tilda to start on valentines cards today!!!! I think I am starting to be all christmased out!!.... NOT!!!

So this week over at  paper Sundaes the challenge is Let it snow! hence the title!! and over at Totally Tilda the challenge is silver and blue and of course our lovely Tilda's!

I totally love this Tilda!! she must be a strong lass though!! Lol.

I have coloured her with my copics! I have glitter flocked the tree for snow. the flowers are wild orchid crafts, and I have cut the snowflakes with marianne D's.

just magnolia - anything goes & a spoonfull of sugar relish to embellish

evening peeps!!

This week over at ju Just magnolia it's the monthly challenge anything goes!! and over at a a spoon full of sugar it's relish to embellish! I thought I would give you all a break from my Christmas mania! with the lovely bubbling Tilda!

So I have coloured Tilda with my copics. added plenty of glitter, and highlighted the bubbles with glossy accents. the butterflys and swirl are magnolia do-hickys and WOC cherry blossoms!! the DP is magnolia. a few crystals and bob's your uncle!!!
